Our company has more than 50 years experience on R&D of vehicle propeller shaft, including all kinds of commercial vehicles products, such as heavy, medium, light, mini truck, and SUV, pickup truck and other propeller shafts. We have all series of propeller shafts such as non-constant velocity universal joint,quasi-constant double universal joints, cage constant universal joints., and we have capability of full self independent design and development of forging blanks, children parts, intermediate supports, universal joints, ball cages joints and so on.

 

We have our own R&D staff 25 members, including 5 senior technicians and 15 engineers. The combination of new and experienced team can not only inherit the past experience, but also maintain the vitality of the team and absorb new ideas.

Our company has a laboratory jointly built with China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co.,LTD, Chongqing University and other scientific research institutes, forming a relatively complete industry,study and research cooperation system.We has perfect CAE auxiliary engineering software and product life cycle solutions such as 2D CAD, 3D UG / CATIA, finite element analysis meshfree and SAP PLM, which can be used in component structure optimization, NVH optimization and other aspects of simulation aided design. We has successively undertaken a number of new products and important research and development tasks of SGMW, Chana, ISUZU,Qingdao Jianbang and other companies. It has a number of core technology patents and inventions, and has strong technology research and development ability.

Our company vigorously promoted intellectual property protection, play the role of patent system in promoting enterprise technological innovation and enhancing enterprise core competitiveness, and formulated an effective patent system. In recent years, we has applied for about 150 patents and authorized  more than 120 patents, covering invention patents and utility model patents. The patents involve propeller shaft structure, lightweight design, process and tooling, test device, error proofing device and other fields, which have broken through the technologies of traditional lightweight design, process tooling automation and intelligence, achieved major scientific research achievements and promoted the innovative development of our company.
