Peugeot 308sw station wagon imported from France from July 17, 2009 to August 28, 2009 will be recalled from January 12, 2010 to July 12, 2009. The reason for this recall is that the tightening torque of the fixing bolt of the middle bearing baffle of the right transmission shaft of Peugeot 308sw produced during this period may be incorrect. The vibration during vehicle driving will cause the bolt to loosen, and then cause the middle bearing to loosen, resulting in the vibration of the transmission shaft and noise, affecting the driving safety of the vehicle.

Peugeot Citroen (China) Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. will re tighten the fixing bolts of the middle bearing baffle of the right transmission shaft according to the correct torque for the vehicles involved in this recall. The company reported that at present, it has not received any fault report related to the recall in China.
